I am excited to meet you! During this 30-minute consultation, we'll discuss your needs. We'll devise a plan on how Pragmatic Mindfulness can support you.
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions For all services with Pragmatic Mindfulness By booking a service, you agree to the following: 1. Consultation Requirement All new clients must book a consultation before receiving any treatments. This helps assess your needs and confirm if Pragmatic Mindfulness is the right fit. 2. Scope of Services Services are for educational and lifestyle support purposes. They do not replace medical or psychological care. Please consult a qualified provider for such needs. 3. Outcomes & Results No guarantees are offered. Results vary, and multiple sessions may be required depending on the issue. 4. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for their own health and wellbeing. Please disclose relevant medical or psychological conditions that could impact participation. 5. Timing, Cancellation & Rescheduling All payments are final and non-refundable. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be treated as a no-show, and the session will be forfeited. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Each session may be rescheduled a maximum of twice. After that, it will be forfeited. 6. Medical Clearance In some cases, a referral or approval from a GP or therapist may be required before beginning. 7. Confidentiality & GDPR Client data is handled in line with GDPR. All personal information is confidential, unless there is a risk of harm to self or others, in which case authorities may be contacted. 8. Package Use Packages must be used within the specified timeframe (e.g. 6 months) unless otherwise agreed. Unused sessions after this time may be forfeited. 9. Intellectual Property All materials shared during or after sessions remain the property of Pragmatic Mindfulness and may not be shared or reproduced without consent. 10. Code of Conduct Disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund. Audio/video recording is not allowed unless agreed upon in advance. Clients are expected to treat the space and process with respect. This agreement ensures a safe, professional, and transformative environment for both practitioner and client.
